Situated at Balgandharva chow, on a corner of Jangli Maharaj Road and Congress House Rd, fronted by a larger than life statue of Rani Laxmibai of Jhansi, this is a culture centre, exhibition hall and theatre managed by the Pune Municipal Corporation.[google-maps]

Pune Theatre Alerts

Here I will try to keep all you theatre enthusiasts, natak premi and general culture seekers in Pune. The city with its vibrant ground-breaking marathi theatre and up and coming english and hindi-theatre cultures is a "happening" place. Add to it the number of colleges and young talents, it is a good time to be here. Any inaccuracies are regretted- please send me a post if you want to correct things, since I will try to keep my ear to the jungle drums but if I misread a beat, I stand corrected.
